Rewards Program Sunset Notice – Effective March 3, 2025

We are announcing the closure of our Rewards Program. Please review the important details below regarding how this change affects your rewards and points.

  1. Program Closure Date: March 3, 2025
    • As of March 3, 2025, the Rewards Program will be permanently closed.
  2. Final Points Accrual:
    • Effective immediately, no new points will be issued for any transactions on or after March 3, 2025.
  3. Redemption of Unused Rewards:
    • Customers with unused rewards can continue to redeem them before their individual expiration dates as stated in their accounts.
    • After the expiration date, unused rewards will be forfeited.
  4. Unused Points Below Redemption Threshold
    • Customers with unused points below the 5,000-point redemption threshold — We are currently evaluating options for these customers and will provide further updates soon.
  5. Additional Terms:
    • The program closure does not affect other offers, promotions, or Club EAGLERIDER program.
    • All redemptions are subject to the existing program terms and conditions.

Rewards Terms and Conditions

These EAGLERIDER Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in the EAGLERIDER Loyalty Rewards Program (“EAGLERIDER Rewards” or the “Program”) between you (“YOU”) and J.C. Bromac Corporation (“EAGLERIDER,” “Us,” or “We”).

By signing up and creating an account, you consent to these terms and agree to all of the provisions it contains. These Terms apply to your access to and participation in EAGLERIDER Rewards.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PROGRAM OR DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

EAGLERIDER reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel, change, modify, or discontinue EAGLERIDER Rewards, in whole or in part, including any terms, rules, features, benefits, rewards, conditions of participation, points accruing or accumulation ratio, the points redemption policy, the points expiration policy, or any other aspect of the Program at any time, with or without advance notice, even though changes may affect points and rewards already in your account.

Without notice to you and in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your EAGLERIDER Rewards user account or access to your user account if we determine you have violated these Terms, that there has been fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on your account, or for the performance of routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction or any other purpose.

Your user account is personal to you, and you may only have one EAGLERIDER Rewards account. Your EAGLERIDER Rewards may not be sold, transferred, assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or others.

If we discover that you have more than one account, we may terminate all your accounts, and you shall immediately forfeit all Points and Rewards. You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account. You are responsible for all activity on your EAGLERIDER Rewards account.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

EAGLERIDER Rewards is intended for individual use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Sign-up requires a valid email address to enroll. You may also elect to provide other information, including your birthday. You will not receive your Birthday Reward if you do not provide birthday information.

No business entities, third-party aggregators, organizations, or groups may register for the Program or obtain any benefits. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine points with other users. We reserve the right to limit participation at any time. A user’s account must be in “Good Standing” to receive the Program’s benefits. “Good Standing” means the account is not banned, suspended, or deactivated.

2. Guaranteed Rewards Member Discount

Discount rates are subject to availability at participating locations.

EAGLERIDER Rewards users will receive a 5% discount off the daily rental cost before taxes and fees on eligible bookings. The daily rental cost excludes surcharges, taxes, fees, and add-ons such as but not limited to damage waivers and insurance. Not valid on tour reservations. When a better discount is available, the higher discount rate will apply.

3. Earning Points

EAGLERIDER Rewards is a customer loyalty program that allows registered users to earn points from qualifying purchases on eligible bookings and redeem points for reward items on eligible bookings. To earn Points, you must identify as an EAGLERIDER Rewards user by logging in to your account before or at the reservation checkout of an eligible booking and making a qualifying purchase. If you don’t correctly identify your user account before you complete your qualifying purchase, you cannot earn any points for that purchase.

“Eligible Bookings” must not be any of the following: (a) any tour reservation, (b) any group reservation (2 or more motorcycles), (c) any wholesale reservation, or (d) any reservation created by an agent. A “qualifying purchase” means for every one U.S. dollar ($1) spent in the transaction, 5 points will be awarded. Further, the following list of exclusions are not considered qualifying purchases and will not accrue points: (a) taxes and other surcharges or fees, (b) redemption value of any Membership Credit(s) applied, and (c) payment value of any Store Credit(s) applied.

Points earned from qualifying purchases are rounded to the nearest dollar and credited to a user’s account after the completion of the rental drop-off.

Example: A Qualifying Purchase of $856.41 will earn 4280 Points.

Sometimes, it may take twenty-four (24) hours or more after drop-off for Points to be credited.

No Points will be awarded for “no show” situations if you fail to pick up the motorcycle on your scheduled pick-up date—irrespective of whether or not the reservation was paid in full.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Points have no cash value. Points are not property. Points are not assignable or transferrable between user accounts or otherwise. Any Points or Rewards you were awarded from a transaction that is later voided for any reason shall be deducted from your user account.

4. How to Redeem Rewards

4.1. In General

For every 5,000 points in your account balance, you can redeem it for a $25 Reward, a discount coupon that can be used for twenty-five dollars ($25.00) off of any future qualifying purchases. Any reward that is available to redeem will be displayed in your rewards account. You can click on any available reward from your rewards account to start a new reservation. On the checkout page of an eligible booking, your available rewards will be displayed for you to apply before completing your reservation.

If you do not redeem the entire value of your Reward in one transaction, the remaining amount will be forfeited (i.e., you cannot use a partial reward).

4.2. Birthday Reward

If you have provided your birthday information, you will receive a $25 Reward on your birthday, which expires after seven (7) days. Birthday reward is non-refundable and has no cash value.

4.3. Referral Reward

Receive a $25 Reward when you invite someone to join. A referral reward is provided after a new user joins using your unique referral link, books, and drops off their first eligible rental. Expires after one (1) year. Referral Reward is non-refundable and has no cash value.

4.4. Club Upgrade

After your first 5,000 points, you’ll be eligible to upgrade to any paid Club EAGLERIDER membership plan, and we’ll waive the enrollment fee ($29), plus get an extra two (2) credits after joining. New members only.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All points and rewards are promotional, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or converted to a gift card balance. All Points and Rewards will expire on termination of your participation in EAGLERIDER Rewards (whether terminated by you or by us).

5. Expiration of Points, $25 Rewards, and Other Rewards

All unexpired Points, including any $25 Reward that has not been redeemed, will expire after one (1) year of inactivity, depending on your last “activity” date (“activity” is defined as any positive change to your Rewards account balance, the earning of any Point(s), or any Reward redemption). If your account shows any activity within that one year, the expiration date of all your Points will be reset.

Birthday Rewards expire seven (7) days after we issue it to you.

Referral Rewards expire one year (1) after we issue it to you.

Other Rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including a shorter expiration date, which will be stated on the Reward.

If EAGLERIDER terminates the Program, unused points in your account will expire and be void when the Program is terminated. Upon termination of your user account for any reason (including, but not limited to, whether you choose to close your account or EAGLERIDER terminates your account for violating these terms), all points accumulated in your Rewards account will immediately expire.

6. Additional Terms

Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time, even if they affect your account's pending Rewards or Points balance.

In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms or other statements contained in any related materials or advertising, the terms of the then-current Terms shall prevail, govern and control.
