Head west from Yosemite through California's historic Gold Rush territory. The route winds through charming mining towns like Groveland before descending the twisting Old Priest Grade road. Leaving gold country behind, we ride into the coastal beauty of Marin County—a region of striking contrasts where luxury meets natural splendor. Rolling hills, redwood forests, and glimpses of the Pacific set the stage for your first view of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge into San Francisco and arrive at our hotel in the city center. We'll spend two nights here, giving you time to explore this famous city.

Enjoy a full day to explore San Francisco at your own pace. This distinctive city offers experiences found nowhere else in America, with its blend of international influences and unique character. Ride the iconic cable cars, sample seafood at Fisherman's Wharf, explore vibrant neighborhoods like Chinatown and North Beach, or simply admire the Victorian architecture and bay views. Whether you're hunting for souvenirs, savoring local cuisine, or photographing the famous hills, San Francisco rewards curious travelers.

Begin one of motorcycling's bucket-list rides as you roll onto the Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1) heading south from San Francisco. This iconic route hugs the California shoreline, delivering panoramic ocean views at every turn. The rugged Pacific shoreline offers countless photo opportunities as you ride past dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and crashing waves. Your journey brings you to Monterey, a charming seaside town famous for its historic Cannery Row, world-class aquarium, and the renowned Laguna Seca Raceway. Settle in for the night with the sound of the Pacific in the background.

Continue your Pacific Coast Highway adventure through Big Sur—90 miles of untamed coastline where the Santa Lucia Mountains plunge dramatically into the ocean. This stretch delivers the postcard-perfect scenes that make Highway 1 famous: redwood groves tucked into coastal canyons, engineering marvels like Bixby Bridge spanning deep gorges, and waves crashing against rugged cliffs far below. The route winds past artichoke fields, the historic Hearst Castle region near San Simeon, and the fascinating Elephant Seal Rookery. Ride through the charming coastal towns of Cambria and Morro Bay before reaching Pismo Beach—your oceanside home for the night after a truly memorable day in the saddle. Take Highway 101 south toward Los Angeles with the Pacific Ocean on your right and coastal mountains on your left. The morning ride winds through California's renowned wine country, where vineyards blanket the rolling hills. After a coffee break, we continue through Santa Barbara's palm-lined streets before following the coastline into Malibu, playground of the rich and famous. Cruise past the beaches of Santa Monica, LA's iconic beachfront community, before reaching Hawthorne and EagleRider headquarters. Return your motorcycle and transfer to our hotel where we'll gather for a farewell dinner to celebrate our 2,000-mile journey through the American West.

Your Wild West adventure concludes today. Take the hotel shuttle to Los Angeles International Airport for your journey home. Want more?
