eGift Cards may be purchased at EAGLERIDER Gift Cards , and can be claimed by the intended recipient that the purchaser intends to give at the eGift Card Purchase page. eGift Cards may only be applied toward the purchase of eligible products offered on the EAGLERIDER or EagleShare Platform.

Rentals & Tours eGift Card purchases are deducted from your Rentals & Tours Gift Card balance. If a purchase exceeds your existing eGift Card balance, the remaining amount due must be paid with another Payment Method.

Club EAGLERIDER Membership eGift Card purchases are redeemed immediately for a 12-month membership plan. After 12 months, it is up to the recipient to continue or terminate the membership plan.

No fees apply to eGift Cards, and eGift Cards do not expire.

eGift Cards may only be applied to new bookings at checkout. eGift Cards may not be applied towards changes to existing reservations or be used to purchase other eGift Cards. For reservations that more than $500 USD, eGift Cards may be applied to the initial payment at the time of the booking request, but may not be applied to subsequent payments. eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused eGift Card balances in an EAGLERIDER/EAGLESHARE account may not be transferred to another EAGLERIDER/EAGLESHARE account.

You should treat eGift Cards like cash. Once we electronically transmit an eGift Card to the purchaser or the designated recipient, the risk of loss and title for eGift Cards passes on to the purchaser. We are not responsible if any eGift Card is lost, stolen or used without your permission.

EAGLERIDER reserves the right to any remedy, including refusal to issue or honor an eGift Card, in the event of suspected fraud. We reserve the right to close an EAGLERIDER account and charge alternative Payment Methods if a fraudulently obtained eGift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the EAGLERIDER or EagleShare Platform.

We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to eGift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an eGift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such eGift Card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to eGift Cards will be resolved by our Experience Team at experience@eaglerider.com.

eGift Cards are issued by EAGLERIDER. When you purchase, receive or redeem an eGift Card, you agree to the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these eGift Card terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these eGift Card Terms from time to time at our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
