Are gift cards physical or digital?

EagleRider currently offers only digital gift cards (e-gift cards). However, please note that we have temporarily paused the sale of rental gift cards. If you're interested, we encourage you to explore our Club Membership Gift Card option. Please note that any previously purchased rental gift cards remain valid and can still be redeemed during the booking process. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I buy a gift card in any currency?

Currently, EagleRider only offers gift card amounts in USD. If you decide to purchase the gift card, EagleRider will not be responsible for any foreign transaction fee/exchange fee.

Do gift cards expire?

Gift cards never expire.

How does the recipient redeem their gift card?

Go to EagleRider.com or EagleShare.com.
Select a pickup location and drop-off location.
Select a vehicle and insurance/protection/gears (optional)
On the Review & Book page, enter email address associated with the gift card.
Enter the gift card code on the email/text message, verify you are not a robot.

What can gift cards be used for? And what is the difference between Rentals & Tours and Club EagleRider Membership gift cards?

EagleRider offers two types of gift cards: Rental & Tours and Club EagleRider Membership. Rental & Tours eGift Cards can be redeemed toward rentals and tours reservations on EagleRider.com and EagleShare.com. Club EagleRider Membership eGift Cards can only be redeemed toward a membership prepaid plan (12-month). Learn more about Club EagleRider Membership Gift Card FAQs here.

Note: Gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of apparel. Rental & Tours gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of Club EagleRider Membership nor to use toward club payment due, or vice versa.

Which payment methods can I use to buy a gift card?

We currently accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I send a gift card to someone who lives in a different country?

Yes, you can. The recipient can spend the gift card on any reservation pickup at any EagleRider locations, or on EagleShare.com

Can I cancel a gift card after purchase?

All gift cards are non-refundable (except required by law).

Can gift cards be reloaded?

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be reloaded.

Where can I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card on new bookings at checkout page to pick up at any EagleRider locations, or book a bike from any host on EagleShare.com.

Can I redeem a gift card for cash?

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I use a Rentals & Tours gift card to pay Club Membership monthly payments?

No, you cannot. However, if you are interested in buying Club Membership prepaid plan, you can check it out here.

Can I use a gift card on pre-existing or completed/dropped-off reservations?

Unfortunately, you cannot. Gift cards can only be applied to new reservations at checkout.

Can I transfer or sell a gift card to another person?

Gift cards cannot be transferred nor sold to another person.

Can I use a gift card on my family/friends’ reservations?

You can use your gift card on your family/friends' reservations on EagleRider, not EagleShare. If you are making a reservation for them on EagleRider.com, make sure you put your email address at Review & Book page to redeem the gift card.

Can I redeem a gift card on a reservation that I already paid and get the original payment refunded to my card?

No, you cannot.

Can I use gift card on a group booking?

Unfortunately, gift card can only be redeemed on a single (1 bike) reservation.

Can I use more than 1 gift card on a reservation at checkout?

Currently, only one gift card can be redeemed at checkout on EagleRider; however, you can use more than 1 gift card at checkout on EagleShare.

Can I use a gift card to purchase other gift cards?

Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

How can I check my gift card balance?

When you redeem the gift card at Review & Book page, if the gift card has a balance, it will automatically be applied to your booking.

What if I lost my gift card?

You should treat gift cards like cash. EagleRider/EagleShare will not be responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

What should I do if I discover my gift card is used by unauthorized person?

While EagleRider/EagleShare reserves the right to remedy, including refusal to issue or honor a gift card, in the event of suspected fraud, you should contact our Customer Support Team at experience@eaglerider.com or call +1 (310) 321-3180 right way to prevent future unauthorized transactions made on the same gift card
